Renovations to the Dougherty County Central Library
Plans and specifications will be released for bidding on Monday, October 29, 2012.
Plans and specifications on CD may be obtained from Hecht Burdeshaw Architects
for $30.00. Contact Hecht Burdeshaw at 706-323-1814. All questions should be sent

The Pre-bid Conference will be at the Dougherty County Central Library on
November 8, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. The Pre-bid conference is mandatory for any
General Contractor that wants to bid the project.
The bid opening will be at the Dougherty County Central Library on
November 27, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
